Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been despatched.

Where we ship

We ship within Singapore and to a selected list of international destinations, including Australia, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Korea, the United Kingdom, the United States, and much of Western Europe. The full list of available destinations is shown at checkout.

If your country does not appear at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and begin from the date of despatch, not the date of order. Estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. International deliveries may take longer during peak periods or when held for customs inspection.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the delivery speed you choose. The exact amount is shown before you pay.

Customs, duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we will refund the cost of the goods less any shipping and return charges incurred.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your parcel has not arrived well beyond the estimated window, contact us at dylanng436@gmail.com and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been despatched, and we cannot take responsibility for orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
